I’ve been working out with Brie for just over 2 years now and she’s the best! We hit it off right away because of her openness to treating each client as an individual and tailoring programs to fit each person’s needs. I truly believe Brie is on this fitness journey with me. She believes in me and pushes me beyond what I think I’m capable of and then celebrates each victory with me. She’s friendly and fun and the workouts fly by. I love seeing how much stronger I am getting and looking back on where I started knowing I wouldn’t be here without Brie by my side guiding me and cheering me on.

I have never been one of those people that exercised consistently. Probably like a lot of people out there, I’ve tried to start a new fitness and diet routine many times. I was always super motivated in the beginning, but quickly found reasons why I couldn’t make it to the gym or just didn’t have time to make that healthy meal. Before I knew it, the new routine was forgotten. Bad habits are hard to break! Enter Brie - She is amazing!!! With Brie’s guidance and support, new healthy habits are easy to make! When I signed on to do personal training with Brie, I knew this time was different. Just like before, I was super motivated - the difference this time is that 3 years later, I am still super motivated to consistently get to the gym. Brie made all the difference! When I first started I felt nervous and uncomfortable, and wasn’t quite sure if I would be able to get through the training session. Lucky for me Brie was/is my trainer!! She quickly understood where I was with my fitness level when I started and met me there…. then helped me improve and progress at each session that followed. Her guidance is always positive and encouraging! Her workouts are fun and challenging. Brie has the unique ability to make you want to pick up that heavier dumbbell or kettlebell and try just a little harder. I’m amazed with how much stronger I am now … and I look forward to doing certain exercises now that I couldn’t do before!! In addition to the fun (and challenging) strength training sessions that Brie creates, she is always there to talk through nutrition advice and help with setting realistic goals. Since I started training with Brie, I’ve lost and kept off over 65 lbs, gained strength, confidence, and healthy fitness and nutrition habits that I am still excited about. She is absolutely the best! I would encourage anyone, at any fitness level, to train with Brie!

A little more than four years ago, I joined a women’s gym at the age of 62. I had never worked out before, had experienced some falls, and wanted to improve by balance and strength. I worked with several trainers in a group setting which was mostly okay. The only trainer I really enjoyed working with had left and was replaced by Brie. After working in the group setting with her for some time, she had the opportunity to go out on her own and start Brie B Fit. I decided to do one-on-one training with her and haven’t looked back at all. I look forward to my time with her at the gym. She has helped me build strength and balance, making it enjoyable while ensuring I use the proper form to avoid injury. While I did make some progress when I was in the group setting, I find that the personal training experience is far more productive. Brie has worked with me to come up with sessions that are effective and fun, and she listens to whatever problem I’m having with my body to make it stronger and adjust the workout to accommodate any weakness I may be experiencing. She is kind, focused, and dedicated to her clients. She has become one of my favorite people!!

I highly recommend Brie B Fit! Not only is Brie the owner but she is also the sole trainer. Her gym contains state-of-the-art equipment and they are not just for show. She uses all of the equipment in different ways so things never get boring. No matter what your level is, she can create a workout to your individual skill level, and make it fun! Brie is compassionate and truly cares about you and your desire to improve your health.
